UPDATE: Weather Permitting Crowbar expected to reopen by October 31st

UPDATE: Weather permitting Crowbar Road will reopen October 31, 2018.

This project will rehabilitate several structures located within the I-43 Rock Freeway corridor between Crowbar Road and Beloit Road (County I) in Waukesha County. Most Notable Scope of Work:

  • Crowbar Road Bridge over I-43
    Crowbar Road will be closed for approximately 3 months to replace the existing bridge deck. This project also includes painting the steel girders. Painting will be done during nighttime hours requiring single lane closures along I-43.
  • I-43 and Racine Avenue Interchange
  • I-43 Structures over Calhoun Road
  • I-43 and Moorland Road Interchange
  • Sunnyslope Road over I-43
  • I-43 Structures over Beloit Road
