NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Vernon Town Board and Plan Commission will conduct a joint public hearing on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Vernon Town Hall located at W249 S8910 Center Drive in the Town of Vernon, WI, to consider the Town of Vernon’s request to rezone the properties that front on Enterprise Drive from conditional B-3 (General Business District) to B-3 General Business District Zoning (without conditions), to amend the Town of Vernon Zoning Code text to eliminate the R-1a Residential District Zoning and rezone all affected properties to R-1 Zoning District within the Town of Vernon, and to amend various sections within the Town of Vernon Zoning Code text including the Zoning Use Matrix.
