The Town of Vernon Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at the Vernon Town Municipal Building, located at W249S8910 Center Drive, Vernon WI , to consider the variance petition submitted by Greg and Amy Olsen for property defined as Lot 1 on Prairieside Drive (Tax Key VNT2078995009). The petitioner is seeking a variance from Sec. 300-9B (2) of the Town of Vernon zoning code, which requires a minimum wetland offset of 75 feet from structures.
All interested parties will be heard.
